When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the service you need and any details you type. We do not collect payment details on this website. Your browser also shares technical data (such as your IP address) with the third-party services listed in section 5.
To respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, schedule and carry out work, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
The form does not store your details on this site. It opens a WhatsApp message that you choose to send, so the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta), which may process data outside South Africa. We share information only with people who need it to do the work, or where the law requires it.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your cookie choice in your browser (local storage). It loads fonts and scripts from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Tailwind CDN, which may receive your IP address. These terms apply to use of this website and to services supplied by Master Tree Felling and Lawn Services (“we”). By requesting or accepting a service you agree to them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you give us and, where possible, a site visit. The price and scope are confirmed in writing (including WhatsApp) before work starts. Extra work is only done and charged with your agreement.
You must give safe access to the property and tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as boundaries, irrigation, pipes, cables or fragile plants. You confirm you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work.
Payment is due as stated on the quote or invoice. We may withhold further work while an amount is overdue.
Tree felling and palm removal carry inherent risks. We take reasonable care, and you agree to keep people, pets and vehicles clear of the work area when asked. Refuse, rubble and branch removal is included only where the quote says so.
Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. We may postpone work for weather or safety reasons and will agree a new date with you.
We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by events beyond our control, pre-existing conditions, or information not disclosed to us under section 3.
